Encouraging teachers to incorporate technology into the classroom has motivated and empowered them to seek it out. Even administrators have invested into a role of responsibility to give guidance on how to manage technological infrastructure and provide professional development for teachers. Such as how to conduct internal research, and scale other teacher practices that make an impact for students. Teachers have the ability to design 21st century classrooms around technology, and is now expanding these technology-rich classrooms and blending learning models throughout schools. Chasing our classrooms though, come from teachers. For teachers, it is about engaging our students, using the tools that they know and use on a day-to-day basis. Finding that balance of quality practice and accountability with innovation and managing this adoption of technology into their classrooms. Providing an education to all students that can install problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills through modern communication and productivity tools. One-to-one technology in our classrooms is providing us with a broad array of resources and capabilities both as a teacher and as a student. Educators know that learning doesn't only take place inside the classroom or under supervision of teachers, and that it is often difficult to reach every student in the classroom using the same approach to curriculum.
With new innovative technology, we have endless resources to guide the student to a higher level of learning. Increase of computer technology usage has had a profound effect on many of our schools and classrooms in the past decade. Given the accelerating pace of change and innovation in the modern world, it is necessary that our school systems take a less conservative role and incorporate innovation into the classroom and the curriculum. Increasing innovative teaching and learning in the classroom can open up more opportunity for higher student achievement, more relevant learning, and also development of skills that are necessary for working and living in the future. There is strong evidence that a fundamental shift in the working of business and society in general is producing a need for a fundamental change to take place in our traditional platforms of education. This need for educational revitalization requires design and invention. We must depart from conventional studies into additional resources to change our educational outcome measures that are typically a skill measured on a test or access to an education level. Even for students, we have to encourage creativity, because creativity leads to innovation and greater success over the long run. In the business world even creativity is important. Innovation is the process of making lives better. Whether it is a small improvement for one person ora a breakthrough for your entire classroom or even school system. Innovation creates a shift that affects many aspects of our lives. Even as technology moves forward in education, perhaps the revolution that we need, and the one we should aspire to is the one of education, empathy, and a broader understanding of the world, and of its people and culture. Our most impactful and influential action we can do is to educate our students to be both worldly and wise future leaders. This will most certainly be the best way to create a more empathetic and responsible future for all of our students that are uprising to become our next generation of people.
